Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Self Congruity, Retailer Awareness, Retailer Association, Retailer Perceived Quality terhadap Purcahse Intention melalui Attitude towards Retailer pada Eiger Merr di Surabaya. Dalam penelitian ini, keenam variabel tersebut dianalisis menggunakan analisis SEM (Amos). Objek penelitian ini adalah Eiger Merr Surabaya. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian sebanyak 150 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model yang dibangun dapat memprediksi niat pembelian konsumen secara terperinci hasil menjelaskan pada pengujian hipotesis pertama, Self Congruity berpengaruh positif terhadap Attitude toward Retailer, hipotesis kedua yaitu Retailer Awareness berpengaruh positif terhadap Attitude toward Retailer, hipotesis ketiga, Retailer Association berpengaruh positif terhadap Attitude toward Retailer, hipotesis keempat, Retailer Perceived Quality berpengaruh positif terhadap Attitude toward Retailer, dan hipotesis kelima, Attitude toward Retailer berpengaruh positif terhadap Purchase Intention
