Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisa pengaruh personal interaction, physical aspects, dan consumer trust terhadap repurchase intention di Samsung Experience Store Pakuwon Mall Surabaya. Dalam penelitian ini, keempat variabel akan dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis regresi linear berganda dan regresi linear sederhana dengan uji validitas, reliabilitas, uji t, uji f dan menggunakan alat bantu SPSS. Objek penelitian ini adalah Samsung Experience Store Pakuwon Mall Surabaya. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah sebanyak 127 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel physical aspect dan consumer trust memiliki dampak positif signifikan terhadap repurchase intention, semetara variabel personal interaction tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap repurchase intention.
