Abstract
Intellectual capital gives a competitive advantage for the company and has a significant role in enhancing corporate value. Thus information about the company's intellectual capital can be obtained by investors through securities analysts reports. That information is shown through the infnrmation about the new investment, the credibility of the company, proc',ucts, leadership and consistency of the strategy. Based on the information investors are expected to take appropriate investment decisions. This article analyzes the benefits of intellectual capital information for investors and the role of securities analysts in conveying information about the condition of the issuer to the investor that information asymmetry is reduced. This article is expected to provide an understanding of the intang ble assets is a very important in increasing the value of the company, so investors do not ignore this information
