Abstract

Peningkatan jumlah ritel modern dipengaruhi oleh masuknya peritel asing ke Indonesia. Seiring dengan perkembangannya, pengelolaan ritel modern sangat membutuhkan dukungan teknologi khususnya bidang informasi . Oleh karena itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Retailer Awareness, Retailer Association, Retailer Perceived Quality dan Retailer Loyalty Terhadap Repurchase Intention di H&M Pakuwon Mall Surabaya. Dalam penelitian ini, kelima variabel tersebut dianalisis menggunakan analisis SEM LISREL 8.70. Objek penelitian ini adalah H&M Pakuwon Mall Surabaya. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian sebanyak 150 responden dan teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model yang dibangun dapat memprediksi perilaku konsumen tentang repurchase intention. Secara terperinci hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa retailer awareness, retailer association dan retailer perceived quality berpengaruh positif terhadap retailer loyalty. Dan juga hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa retailer loyalty berpengaruh positif terhadap repurchase intention.
