Abstract
Health service organization with TQM approach drives all of a given potential in leadership management, professional management, and the person in charge along with formal and informal approach. There is Series of ISO 9000 accreditation for implementing TQM, based on each science institution. The emphasizing is on three points: (1) adaptation of satisfied quality demand, (2) development, and (3) process of real improvement. Malcom Baldrige National Quality Award (MBNQA) is a more comprehensive program than ISO 9000. The scope of ISO 9000 Series is more limited.
