Abstract

CV. Intan Mulia merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang Air Minum Dalam Kemasan dengan merek dagang ”AGAsip”. CV. Intan Mulia berlokasi di Jalan Panglima Besar Sudirman no. 99 RT 02/RW 03 Desa Sumber Gondoh, Kecamatan Glenmore, Kabupaten Banyuwangi. CV. Intan Mulia merupakan perusahaan perseorangan yang didirikan dengan surat izin usaha Departemen Kesehatan RI. CV. Intan Mulia memiliki luas area 1000 m2 dengan panjang 25 m dan lebar 40 m. CV. Intan Mulia menggunakan struktur organisasi garis dengan jumlah pekerja sebanyak 98 orang. Bahan baku yang digunakan diperoleh dari sumber mata air Gunung Raung di Desa Sumber Gondoh, Kecamatan Glemore, Kabupaten Banyuwangi yang berada pada ketinggian 1500 meter di atas permukaan laut. Proses produksi yang dilakukan di CV. Intan Mulia adalah secara continous meliputi tahap pengadaan bahan baku, penyaringan, penyinaran dengan lampu Ultraviolet (UV), desinfeksi dengan ozon (O3), filling, pengemasan, penyimpanan dan distribusi. Produk AMDK ini didistribusikan ke kabupaten Banyuwangi, Bondowoso, Situbondo, Pulau Bali dan Sulawesi dengan kapasitas produksinya ± 67.300 L/hari. Sanitasi yang dilakukan di Intan CV. Intan Mulia meliputi sanitasi bahan baku, pekerja, sanitasi peralatan, sanitasi ruang produksi, sanitasi lingkungan. Pengawasan mutu yang dilakukan oleh CV. Intan Mulia adalah pengawasan mutu bahan baku, pengawasan mutu proses selama proses dan pengawasan mutu produk akhir. Limbah dari CV. Intan Mulia berupa limbah padat dan limbah cair. Limbah cair akan dibuang ke saluran pembuangan dan limbah padat akan dikumpulkan dan dijual ke pedagang yang mengumpulkan barang bekas. Kata kunci: Air Minum Dalam Kemasan, Pengolahan, CV. Yayuk Trisnawati, S.TP, MP. ABSTRACT Intan Mulia Commanditaire Vennootschap is a company that produce bottled drinking water under trademark ”AGAsip”. Intan Mulia Commanditaire Vennootschap is located in Panglima Besar Sudirman Street number 99 RT 02/RW 03 Sumber Gondoh Village, Glenmore District, Banyuwangi. Intan Mulia Commanditaire Vennootschap has an area of 1.000 m2 with 25 m lengths and 40 m widths. Intan Mulia Commanditaire Vennootschap use the line organizational structure with 98 employees. Raw material used were obtained from Raung Mountain’s spring which is located 1500 m above sea level. The production process in Intan Mulia Commanditaire Vennootschap is continuous including the treatment, filtration, UV irradiation (UV), disinfection with ozone (O3), filling, packaging, storage and distribution. With the production capacity is ± 67.300 L / day, bottled drinking water distributed to Banyuwangi, Bondowoso, Situbondo, Bali Island and Sulawesi. Sanitation in Intan Mulia Commanditaire Vennootschap includes raw materials sanitation, workers sanitation, equipment sanitation, processing area sanitation and environmental sanitation. Quality control in Intan Mulia Commanditaire Vennootschap are quality control of raw materials and auxiliary materials, quality control during the process and final product quality control. Waste in Intan Mulia Commanditaire Vennootschap are solid waste and liquid waste. Liquid waste will be disposed to a sewer and solid waste will be collected and selled to buyer who collecting trace goods.
