Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perceived online channel value terhadap online channel loyalty intention dengan online channel satisfaction sebagai variabel mediasi pada multichannel retailer yang lebih berfokus pada online channel.Dalam penelitian ini, ketiga variabel tersebut di analisis menggunakan analisis SEM LISREL 8.70. Obyek penelitian ini adalah website V! Urban Icon sebagai online retail business. Jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian sebanyak 100 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model dapat memprediksi perilaku konsumen tentang loyalty intention secara terperinci hasil menjelaskan pada pengujian hipotesis pertama, perceived online channel value berpengaruh positif terhadap online channel satisfaction. Pada hipotesis kedua, menjelaskan bahwa online channel satisfaction berpengaruh positif terhadap online channel loyalty intention.Sedangkan hipotesis ketiga ,menjelaskan bahwa perceived online channel value berpengaruh positif terhadap online channel loyalty intention. Pada hipotesis keempat, menunjukkan bahwa perceived online channel value berpengaruh positif terhadap online channel loyalty intention melalui mediasi online channel satisfaction.
