Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh store image terhadap retailer equity dimension yang terdiri dari retailer associations, retailer awareness, dan retailer perceived quality. Selanjutnya, pengaruh retailer equity dimension terhadap retailer loyalty, dan pengaruh store image secara tidak langsung pada retailer loyalty melalui retailer equity dimension. Ekuitas ritel merupakan strategi dalam menghadapi persaingan antar ritel. Penelitian dilakukan pada supermarket Papaya Darmo Permai Surabaya, dengan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 200 responden, menggunakan analisis SEM (Structural Equation Modelling) dengan bantuan program Lisrel 8.7. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa store image berpengaruh positif terhadap retailer equity dimension, retailer equity dimension pengaruh positif terhadap retailer loyalty, dan store image berpengaruh positif secara tidak langsung terhadap retailer loyalty melalui retailer equity dimension.
